Active members receive three Piggy Spa Day Perks Boxes during their 12-month membership term.

Boxes may include Piggy Spa Day products, grooming items, treats, supplements, merchandise, exclusive products, samples, seasonal surprises and other goodies.

Contents will vary from box to box and specific items are not guaranteed.

Basically, your pig gets surprise mail three times a year while continuing to contribute absolutely nothing toward the mortgage.

OinkMD provides an additional educational and pig-care resource for members throughout the year.

Access remains active while your Piggy Spa Day Membership is current and in good standing.

Membership includes up to three Piggy Spa Day visits during your 12-month membership term.

Each eligible appointment includes:

Most pigs benefit from regular hoof maintenance approximately every 4 to 5 months, although every pig is different.

Membership is designed to keep your pig on a consistent schedule throughout the year rather than waiting until hoof growth becomes excessive.

NO DEPOSIT + NO OVERWEIGHT SURCHARGE

Active members do not pay the regular appointment deposit or overweight surcharge for membership-covered visits.

For our larger piggy clients, this can be one of the biggest membership savings.

PRIORITY MEMBERSHIP BOOKING

Piggy Spa Day travels nationwide using scheduled regional routes.

Active members receive priority when we are building routes and scheduling membership appointments.

Membership does not guarantee a specific date, time or route order. Appointment order is determined by geography, travel logistics, route availability, daylight and other scheduling considerations.

Membership availability is limited by route so that we can maintain space for existing members.

IMPORTANT MEMBERSHIP TERMS

Piggy Spa Day Membership is a 12-month commitment.

By purchasing or enrolling in a membership, you agree to remain enrolled and responsible for all membership payments for the entire 12-month membership term.

Memberships may not be canceled before the 12-month commitment has been fulfilled.

Stopping or canceling recurring payments does not eliminate the remaining financial obligation associated with the membership agreement.

Membership benefits are available only while the membership account is active and in good standing.

Membership includes up to three scheduled Piggy Spa Day visits during the 12-month term. Visits are intended to be used when Piggy Spa Day travels through your area according to our regularly scheduled routes.

Appointments may not be intentionally skipped, postponed or declined for the purpose of carrying them forward to a future membership term.

Unused appointments do not roll over or carry over into the next membership year.

If you choose not to use an available membership appointment when Piggy Spa Day is servicing your area, that visit may be considered forfeited.

Membership visits have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for store credit, refunds, products or future services.

Unused appointments, Perks Boxes, discounts or other membership benefits do not qualify for refunds or credits.

Memberships are intended for the pig(s) enrolled on the membership account and may not be transferred to another household without prior approval.

Additional pigs not included under the membership are charged according to current Piggy Spa Day pricing.

The 15% store discount is valid while the membership remains active and in good standing and may not be combined with certain promotions, special offers, gift cards or excluded products.

OinkMD™ access is provided only during the active membership term.

Three Piggy Spa Day Perks Boxes are included during each completed 12-month membership term. Box contents and shipment timing may vary.

Membership does not guarantee an exact appointment date, appointment time or route order.

Piggy Spa Day routes may be changed, delayed or rescheduled when necessary because of weather, emergencies, travel conditions, mechanical issues, animal safety or circumstances outside of our control.

Failure to schedule, respond to scheduling communication, make the pig available for an offered route appointment or otherwise use a membership visit does not extend the membership term.

The membership term remains 12 consecutive months from the membership start date regardless of the number of appointments used.

LIMITED MEMBERSHIP SPOTS

Membership enrollment is limited based on the number of pigs we can reasonably service on each nationwide route.

Once a route reaches membership capacity, enrollment for that area may close.
